3. No-Show

Missed sessions without prior notice will be treated as non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. Payment gateway charges, if applicable, may be deducted.

5. Emergency Consideration

Exceptions may be made in genuine emergency situations.
